I enjoyed talking with you last week and very much appreciate your invitation to participate next month in Executive Communications' workshop as the speaker on "Utilizing Facsimile Machines and Electronic Mail." As you know, I am a great believer, and user, of these new advances in telecommunications.
Unfortunately, I will be on my annual tour of the company's domestic offices during the seminar and cannot break away even for a day, so I will have to decline the invitation.
